Opening in spring 2025, our latest addition has everything to please:
95 m² dedicated to your comfort, all rooms equipped
with King Size bedsand ceiling fans.
This spacious duplex benefits from independent access
from the courtyard,via an external staircase.
On the first floor:
- a living room with sofa, a SMART TV (TNT french channels) and
a dining area opening ontodirectly access to a covered terrace.
- a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob,
kettle, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, dishwasher).
- 1 Cellar with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
- 1 WC.
On the second floor:
3 bed rooms equipped with king size beds (180x200), a small work space
and a ceiling fan.
A bathroom with, bath, shower and an another WC
For the comfort of all residents of the building,
parties are not permitted.
The gîte is strictly non-smoking and
pets are not allowed.
Access to the gîte is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
